Joyful Hearts Young Adult Ministry
The mission of Joyful Hearts Young Adult Ministry is to be authentic witnesses of the Gospel through the joy that comes from loving and serving Jesus.
We strongly desire to provide young adults an encounter with Christ through a welcoming environment that encourages fellowship, faith, and authenticity. We are rooted in prayer and desire to promote St. John Paul II’s New Evangelization, and we seek to continually build up a culture of life and a civilization of authentic love, joy, and peace.
Our patrons are: St. Joseph, St. John Paul II, St. Teresa of Calcutta, St. Pier Giorgio Fassati, St. Faustina, and St. Maria Goretti. On October 3rd (our second meeting date) we will be consecrating our group to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
Our group is based in Attleboro, in the Fall River Diocese. We have been humbled at God's desire to provide a community for young adults in this area (and beyond!), because young adult community in the suburbs is much more limited.
We meet every other Wednesday at St. Vincent de Paul parish: 71 Linden St, Attleboro, MA 02703
- 6:45-7:15 PM Rosary in the church. During this time there will be optional confessions and Adoration time available. Confessions will be held in the confessional in the church and Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament is in the chapel inside on the right just before the sanctuary entrance.
